KejaPal Cleaners is a cleaning company in Kenya, based in Nairobi, that cleans homes, apartments, offices and businesses, and handles carpets, sofas, fumigation and water tanks. We started with a simple idea: professional cleaning should be reliable, honest and easy to book, with the same high standard every visit.
Most people in Nairobi have a cleaning story that went wrong. A cleaner who did not turn up. Then a price that changed at the door, or a sofa that came back with water marks, or a deep clean that missed the oven. We built KejaPal Cleaners so our clients never have a story like that to tell.

KejaPal Cleaners is a Nairobi-based cleaning company. We clean homes, apartments, offices, shops, schools, clinics and short-stay units. In addition, we deep clean carpets, sofas, mattresses and curtains, and we provide fumigation, water tank cleaning, window cleaning and pressure washing. Our teams include cleaners, technicians and supervisors, all trained to follow the same checklists. As a result, you deal with one company and one contact for every kind of cleaning.

The KejaPal Cleaners base is in Nairobi, and most of our daily jobs happen across the city and its nearby towns, such as Kiambu, Ruiru, Thika, Kitengela and Machakos. For larger jobs, such as offices, schools, hotels and estates, our teams travel to Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru and other towns. Good cleaning is a skill. Knowing which product suits marble, how to remove limescale without scratching a tap, or how to clean a sofa without water marks takes training. Therefore new team members work beside experienced cleaners before they lead a job. They learn products and surfaces, colour-coded cloths, safe use of chemicals and machines, and good manners in clients’ homes. For workplace safety, we follow guidance from the Ministry of Labour.
Cleaning without a checklist depends on memory and mood. One week the skirting boards are done, the next week they are forgotten. In contrast, our checklists list every task for every room, so the standard is the same no matter who comes. Clients can see the checklist, ask for changes and add tasks. As a result, cleaning becomes predictable, which is exactly what busy people need.
Our clients are mostly busy people and growing organisations. For example, working parents book weekly house cleaning so weekends are free, while tenants book move-out cleaning before handing back keys. Similarly, landlords and agents clean units between tenants, and Airbnb hosts book turnovers between guests. On the business side, offices, clinics, schools, salons, restaurants and estates book regular cleaning and periodic deep cleans. In addition, families book carpet, sofa and mattress cleaning before holidays and events. Whatever the space, the same checklist approach applies.
After every first visit, our coordinator calls to ask what went well and what to change. Moreover, regular clients can send feedback by WhatsApp at any time, and supervisors review it weekly. As a result, small issues are fixed quickly, and each client’s notes get better over time. We also use feedback to improve training, so the whole team learns from every job.
We believe a cleaning quote should be easy to understand. So KejaPal Cleaners quotes list the team size, the time, the products and any extras. If something changes, such as an extra room or a new stain, we update the quote before we start, not after.
Clean should also mean safe. Our everyday products are effective but mild once dry, which matters in homes with children and pets. We use stronger products only where needed, such as degreasers for ovens and descalers for bathrooms, and we never mix chemicals that react. Moreover, colour-coded cloths keep bathroom germs out of kitchens. For fumigation, we use only registered products applied by trained operators.
